• How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  We will ship your order the next business day via USPS, UPS, or Fedex using ground shipping, with tracking. Normal delivery time is 5-8 business days from the day you ordered. When the order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking info.

• How much is the shipping charge for each voucher?

  There is a $3.99 Shipping & handling fee for each order. This can be paid with a credit card or paypal during checkout.

• Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  Yes, please call us at 800-555-1212 with your order number and voucher code or email us support@dcables.com and we’ll happily help you solve any issues.

• Can I use 2 or more vouchers in one order?

  At this time, our shopping cart software only allows one voucher per order. If you purchased multiple vouchers you’ll need to checkout multiple times. Sorry, for any inconvenience.
